Nearly 100 managers, engineers and staff from the head office and all construction sites of Thai Duong Construction Development Investment Co., Ltd. (ThaiDuongCons) set aside their daily work to join the team building program organized by the Company on August 16, 2026, in Mui Ne, Phan Thiet. After a long time working apart at different sites, this was a chance for everyone to meet, connect and grow closer.
The theme “Create – Break Through – Succeed” carries a message to every member. Each person helps create quality projects. Each person must dare to push beyond their own limits. And success only comes when the whole team shares one goal.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Tong Huu Cuong – Chairman of the Members’ Council, shared: “All of our construction activities are guided by our core value, ‘Dedication to sustainable value.’ Every member of Thai Duong is an indispensable link in the chain. Play hard, work hard, and together let us leave Thai Duong’s footprint on more and more major projects, just as we help make the city greener.”
The members were divided into teams and competed through a series of challenges: flag capture, tug of war, ball rolling and football shooting. To win, each team had to plan, assign roles and coordinate smoothly, just like how a construction site runs every day. The cheers broke down the distance between departments, and between the office and the sites.
In the evening, the gala night took place in a warm atmosphere with music performances and an award ceremony for the outstanding teams. The joy of the winners came not only from the prizes, but from the feeling of crossing the finish line together as one family.
The trip has ended, but it brings new energy for the Thai Duong team to keep breaking through in the final months of 2026. The spirit of “Create – Break Through – Succeed” will follow each member back to every site, continuing to leave ThaiDuongCons’ mark on even bigger projects.
